These terms cover your use of squadprime.com, including the blog and the free MVP cost calculator. By using the site you agree to them. They are deliberately short and written in plain words.

What this site is

squadprime.com is the website of SquadPrime, a small team that builds fixed-price software MVPs. The site describes how we work, publishes articles for founders, and offers a free calculator that gives an indicative cost range.

Development work is covered by a separate agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer to build your product. Every build we take on is governed by a written agreement that you and we sign before work starts. That agreement sets the exact scope, the fixed price, the delivery date and the terms of our guarantee (if the agreed working MVP does not work by the agreed date, your invoice is zero - and we keep building until it ships). Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.

The cost calculator and other estimates

The free calculator gives a rough range based on general market observation. It is not a quote, not a guarantee, and not a promise that we will take on your project at any particular price. The only price that binds us is the fixed price written in a signed agreement after a scoping call.

Articles and general information

Our articles are general information for founders, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Third-party company names, prices and terms mentioned in them come from public sources at the time of writing and can change without notice; check with the vendor before relying on them. If you spot something wrong, email us and we will fix it.

Sample builds

The sample builds shown on the home page are concept products designed and built by our team to show the standard of a 14-day build. They are illustrations, not client projects, and any names, numbers or screens in them are sample content.

Our content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to SquadPrime unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. Please do not copy whole pages, scrape the site, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites (for example Calendly for booking a call). We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; see our Privacy Policy for the services this site relies on.

No warranty for the website

The website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but we do not promise that it is error-free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, SquadPrime is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. This clause covers the website only; liability under a signed development agreement is set out in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
