This page explains, in plain words, what information squadprime.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because there is not much to tell: this is a marketing website with a free calculator and a link to book a call.

Who we are

SquadPrime builds fixed-price software MVPs for founders. You can reach us at talk@squadprime.com or by post at 30 N Gould St #66049, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

What we collect

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, from which country, on which kind of device, and how visitors move through the site. Google sets cookies for this. We do not see your name or email from analytics.
Booking a call. When you book a strategy call, the booking form is run by Calendly. Calendly asks for your name, your email and anything you choose to write, and shares it with us so we can hold the call. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Email you send us. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.
The MVP cost calculator. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your selections are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call you booked, to send you the follow-up you asked for, and to understand which pages of this site are useful. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this page will say so.

Services we rely on

Google Analytics (analytics cookies, as described above).
Calendly (call booking).
Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery; Cloudflare may log requests for security and performance).
Google Fonts (the site loads the Inter typeface from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request).
YouTube (some pages embed a video from our YouTube channel in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube's servers receive your IP address when the player loads, and YouTube sets cookies only if you play the video, under Google's privacy policy).

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets itself are the Google Analytics cookies; the embedded YouTube player may set its own cookies if you play a video. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.

How long we keep it

Emails and booking details are kept for as long as the conversation or the project is active, and then for a reasonable period in case you come back. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (currently 14 months).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email talk@squadprime.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you have these rights by law, and you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is for founders and businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here in plain words.
